Modify oil/gas burning system to petroleum coke burning system for glass industry.
The CWS is cheaper than heavy oil, and much cheaper than light oil. Its combustion thermal efficiency is higher than raw coal and similar to oil. CWS is combined by about 69% coal, 30% and 1% additive. Two tons CWS can replace 1 ton heavy oil.
CWS also burns cleaner. The low ash and low sulphur emissions are removed by our Follicular method equipment. The flue gas emission : fly ash is only 48mg/dNm3 , SOx is 150mg/Nm3 . These are verified by our China Environment Protection Bureau.
